The salad itself was good, but the dressing wasn't. Thankfully, we tasted it before pouring it on the salad. My husband elected to eat the salad without the dressing, but I decided to try it anyway. I just added a little, but it really wasn't good. I had to throw in some blue cheese to mask the taste.
This was amazing! I wasn't sure how the dressing was going to be but I made it exactly as stated (with vanilla yogurt) and it was very good and tasted summery! I probably could have put more lettuce since it seemed like there were a lot of cranberries, walnuts, and apples for the amount of lettuce. That would have made it stretch a little farther.
