2 avocados
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
2 (16 ounce) cans refried beans
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1 large chopped fresh tomato
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced black olives
Great recipe. I doubled the dip because I had 4 avocados. No beans, I just put the avocado dip in a bowl and put a layer of finely shredded mexican flavored cheese. Excellent. Thanks!

Very tasty. It was a big hit at a work party. Next time, I will reduce the mayo and sour cream by half - I prefer thicker avocado dips and would like more avocado taste.

This was excellent!! Made it for a party and the days was SOOO hot and humid, this was the perfect cool but spicy dip. Great with tortilla chips! Can't wait to use it again, thanks Sue!!
