Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans baked beans, undrained
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. In a skillet, lightly fry bacon. Remove to paper towel to drain. Discard all but 2 tablespoons drippings. Saute onion in the drippings until tender. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
