Morningstar Farms® Asian Veggie Patties
sesame oil or olive oil
crushed red pepper flakes
reduced-sodium soy sauce
red or green bell pepper, cut into julienne strips
slivered fresh mint leaves
I made these without the Asian Veggie Patties. They were tasty but I liked them even better when I added a bit of shredded spinach and chopped cilantro
The best spring rolls I've ever made! My husband and kids are big meat eaters so I just used a pound of hamburger in place of the Morningstar Farms burgers. Fantastic, I will definitely be making these again!
I used about one chicken breast thinly sliced instead of the patties. I replaced the red pepper flakes with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper, the lime juice with lemon juice, and the mint with cilantro because that's all I had. Good basic recipe that can be tweaked to one's preferences and what one has on hand. Made 10 rolls. Served with sauce from Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls. Very tasty!
