skinned, boned chicken breast
rice wine vinegar
grated fresh ginger
toasted sesame oil
reduced-sodium soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (16 ounce) bag
three-color Coleslaw mix (green cabbage, carrots and red cabbage)
snow pea pods, cut in diagonal strips
diced red onion
dried tart cherries
This recipe has nice spices. I used craisins instead of cherries and added chopped almonds.
This was great! I made it without the sesame oil because I didn't have any - and it was still delicious!
My family really enjoyed this recipe. I took it as a starting point based on what I had available in my kitchen. This time, I added crispy asian noodles, mandarin orange slices, and toasted almonds. Yum! We'll definitely eat this again.
This recipe was great! i made it a few nights ago and it was a hit! i'll definitely make it again
