I normally love Chef John's recipes, but this one was just ok. It wasn't bad, but didn't have much taste or texture either. Next time I'll try adding more salt and pepper, and maybe substituting garlic-infused oil for regular olive oil. I would also triple the amount of breadcrumbs to try and improve the texture. The recipe itself deserves 3 stars, but I'm adding an extra star because this is a super-fast and convenient recipe that uses items you would already have on hand, and I would definitely try it again.
