This is delicious and SO easy. I cut the chicken up into cubes and add a bag of frozen spinach (after cooking it), mix it all up into a casserole and fix it often!

A huge hit in our house and it took no time to put together and bake. Altered the recipe a little though. Doubled the mayo and parmesan and I topped it with about 2 cups of mozzarella cheese. Even my 4 year old loved it! Definitely will be making this recipe again and again. Thank you for posting this!!

This is delicious! I've made it for company, and it was a big hit. I've made it just like the recipe, and also with the chicken coated with bread crumbs. I prefer it with the bread crumbs.

I used marinated artichoke hearts and did half mayo, half sour cream instead of all mayo and it turned out wonderful! It was so easy to make and was a big hit with my family. Definitely loved this recipe.

Fast, easy and DE-Lish !! Served with salad and side of pasta huge hit with my guys. I even passed it on to my son in college to make it for his roommates they were impressed.
