1 (7.5 ounce) jar
marinated artichoke hearts, drained and diced
diced Lindsay® Black Ripe Pitted Olives
diced plum tomatoes
shredded Asiago cheese
light or regular sour cream
light or regular mayonnaise
freshly ground black pepper
It was good and a big hit. I might add a little salt next time.
This was good but I thought it could use a little something to boost the flavor. Experimentation is in order.
Easy to make and tastes great. I may try with cream cheese next time.

Very good and easy. I used canned artichokes instead of the marinated ones, and used plain yogurt instead of sour cream. Was a hit!!
