Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (14 ounce) can apricot nectar
  • 1 (14 ounce) can apricot halves, drained

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl mix together soup mix and apricot nectar. Pour over chicken.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 55 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle apricot halves over chicken and cook another 5 minutes.
