Found if you add 2 cups of flour instead of 3, the crust turns out much better. Just a suggestion to everyone

I wouldn't make this again. Crust was too dry, touch, bland, filling was too sweet, which I should have tasted it before adding all the sugar, could have used more cinnamon. As far as I'm concerned this isn't a cobbler, it is more of a deep dish apple pie.

I'm sorry but this was the WORST apple cobbler recipe I've ever tried. The crust was horribly dry and I even added milk b/c it wouldn't roll into a ball at all. There was no sweetness to it whatsoever and the top crust was not to my liking. In order to salvage it, I modified another fruit pudding recipe of mine and managed to not waste 8 cups of apples.

My family and I loved this apple cobbler! We had just picked some fresh apples the week we tried it. I accidentally added the whole amount of sugar to the crust-and I had to add 1/2 a cup of sugar later. It turned out soooo good! I just kind of 'dusted' some milk on the top until it looked good and moist-i'm almost sure it was more than a tablespoon! Definitely sharing this one!

Crust was a little dry, and they completely left out the cinnamon required for the filling... you'll need 1 tbsp or more.
