coarsely chopped fresh tomatoes
Provolone cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
sliced hard salami, cut into 1-inch strips
chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
chopped fresh parsley

We added black olives and orange peppers. delicious!
