This is good, however, I served it as a meal with a salad, and it was a bit much. I think cut into small pieces as an appetizer or served as one of many nibblers, it would be perfect.
As per many reviews I had read, I baked the bottom crust 7 mins, and really, really patted all moisture out of the peppers, and texture was perfect. BTW, I'm saying "I" made this, but my 11 yrs old son actually made it under moms' supervision...to say how simple it is to make :)
