This was an amazing sauce. I was very nervous in making this, but, it was very easy and tasted great! My husband who is a huge italian food fan loved it!!! I followed the recipe down to every last ingrediant. I will definately be making this again.

WOW! Better than restaurant! I love spicy food but I would put less white pepper next time, it was a little overpowering. Also less salt. And I thought the sauce was just enough for 2 people so I would double if more...so for 4 stars.

Delicious! I made the sauce as is with one exception- I didn't have any hot sauce so I used 1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes. Next time, I'd drop it to an 1/8 teaspoon, as my 8-year-old said it was too spicy for him (and he usually likes spicy). Others have suggested doubling the sauce. I think even just making 1 1/2 times the sauce would be plenty, but if you end up with sauce leftover it is definitely not a bad thing. Will be making this again soon!

This is outstanding! We had it last night and finished it up tonight. Wow, I might add mushrooms next time but you have to try this one.

I didn't follow recipe exactly. Used cooked shrimp and just added it to sauce at end. Used 1% milk and half and half cream, whcih wasn't heavy enogh. Other than that, followed recipe. We needed double the sauce. It was still good but not great.
