A real keeper! My fiancee' never really liked pork until I started making tenderloin. And this recipe really makes it taste extra special. The gravy was AMAZING!!!!! Thickened it & served alongside the pork-outstanding & easy!! Our new pork tenderloin recipe. Thank-you!!!

Wow! This was so...Good! I change it up a little, because I was afraid it was going to be too salty as written. I used a 2 pound lean pork roast. I cut slits in the roast & add slices of garlic. Than seasoned the roast with 1/2 teaspoon of Thyme, 1/4 onions powder, & black pepper. I seared the meat in a pan first & cooked some fresh onions also. Than add to the slow cooker 2 Tablespoons of the dry onion soup mix, 1 cup of beef broth,a red sweet wine ( that's what I had on hand) & low sodium soy sauce. One hour before serving I add 2 TSP. of flour & 1/4 cup of water to thicken the sauce. Serve with brown rice. My husband couldn't stop talking about how much he loved this dish!

I think this was the best pork tenderloin I've ever had. My husband is a very picky eater and he wants it again. It was so Juicy and full of flavor.

I served this recipe to dinner guests last night. I followed the recipe as written. While it was cooking, I was worried that the garlic was going to be too strong. My guests all gave it a" 10". I did brown the pork before putting it in the crock pot. My biggest hesitation about making this recipe, was using the crock pot method with such a fine cut of meat. No worry, It turned out wonderful

I didn't have the onion soup mix so I took another reviewer's advice and added onions, beef broth, garlic, thyme, rosemary, worcestershire sauce and fresh parsley. Served with the au jus over mashed potatoes and meat. It was melt in your mouth deliciousness! The whole family loved it and asked for more.

Super easy and everyone in the family enjoyed it. I used red wine vinegar instead of red wine. Used apple juice instead of water and didn't use the onion soup mix packet.

Really loved the taste. Fast and simple, which is what I like! I cooked for 7 hours on low. I used Pork Loin. I slit the Loin in several places and shoved Garlic down in there. Turned out great!

After reading a lot of the reviews I decided to make this on Friday when company was coming over. I usually have a rule against making new recipes when people are coming over, but the reviews were so good I thought I'd be safe. The first thing I did differently was that I used a pork loin instead of a tenderloin. I couldn't make myself put a tenderloin in the slowcooker. My loin was about 4.5 lbs so I put it in on low for about 5 hours. I also only put in 2 tablespoons of (reduced sodium) soy sauce, I only used 1/2 a cup of red wine (not cooking wine for fear that it would be too salty, I chose a cabernet sauvignon), I used reduced sodium beef broth instead of water. I also added bay leaves and about a table spoon of worchestershire sauce. I took it out after about 5 hours on low, put the slow cooker on high, mixed a bit of flour and water together and added it to the sauce and stirred until there were no lumps. The sauce thickened perfectly! The pork was so tender it fell apart when I was taking it out, and then was almost impossible to cut properly. My guests LOVED this! I made it with rice and corn. So delicious! I am definitely going to make this again!! Thanks for the recipe!
