Wow doesn't even begin to cover this one. I was rained out on the grill, but baked them in the oven at 375, loosly covered in foil, until done, then added the cheese and put them back in the over for just a couple of minutes.
The flavor on these was, as the name says, amazing. I probably added a little more basil, oregano and garlic than was called for, I just eyeballed it when I added it, but I also had more pork chops than were called for. The tomates and fresh basil really made the taste jump out!
