  1. In a medium bowl, blend the vinegar, orange juice, pineapple juice, olive oil, pepper, garlic powder, green onion, hot pepper sauce, and thyme.
  2. Place meat or fish in a shall glass dish or bowl, pierce with a fork on top a few times, and pour 1/2 of the marinade over it. Turn over and repeat. Marinate for at least 1 hour, up to 24 hours for the most flavor.

This did nothing for me. The marinade smelled great, but I did not think it did much for the chicken. My husband liked it, but I will not make this again. It was too mild and bland for me.

I used this marinade with fish. My husband thought it was really good. I didn't like it as well, but I am not feeling very good, so that might be the reason.
