Not sure how to rate this but I decided to try simply the confectioners sugar and powdered creamer-mixed equal parts of each together minus the cinnamon and almond as I'm not a fan of always having extra 'flavors' in my coffee. The creamer/ powdered sugar mix gives my coffee a light creamy sweetness I love! It just might become my new coffee creamer/sweetener :)

This recipe wasn't the best but it gave me so many ideas for other similar ones. The biggest hit so far has been creamer, hot chocolate and a tsp of cinnamon. I put in a pretty jar for gifts. A whole selection can be made from this idea

What a great idea for Christmas giving! Things have been a bit lean for us this year, but the holidays are a time for giving from the heart. This is a perfect idea! Jars from Michael's, a ribbon, and picture postcard designed from our own photos will complete this gift!

Haven't tried this yet recipe yet but am wondering if it would help to use a food processor or blender to mix the almond extract with the other ingredients. Has anyone tried this? Any success?

I guess I could make this in a pinch if I was out of my flavored creamer, but as scotdog commented, incorporating the almond extract into the dry ingredients poses a bit of a challenge. The end result was not something I'd share with anyone; the almond extract winds up clumping.

This was good & very easy. The only problem I had was trying to get "wet" almond extract to blend in with the "dry" ingredients. Thanks!
