  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except oil. Mix well and shape into 4 uniform patties.
  2. In large non-stick skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add patties; cook 3 to 4 minutes per side. Alternatively, grill over medium-high heat on barbecue or under broiler.
  3. Serve on toasted whole grain rolls with your favourite condiments.

  • TIP: Burgers will hold together better if chilled before cooking.
  • - Add 2 ml (1/2 tsp) each: dried basil and dried oregano. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  • - Add 125 g (4 oz) old Cheddar cheese cut into tiny cubes.

I made this tonight but didn't have the bran. I substituted it for Italian bread crumbs but kept the rest of the recipe the same. I loved the taste!! I'm a huge fan of Worcestershire so I may have doubled it... :3 The burger came out super tasty and I didn't need or want anything on it. I didn't even use hamburger buns. I gave it 4 stars only because I am not sure how it would have tasted otherwise with All-Bran
