So good! I waited until my husband had heated the grill & was ready to put food on it before telling him they were turkey burgers. He loved them! I used wheat germ because I had no bread crumbs. Used dried parsley also because that was all I had. The only addition I made was adding a small can of fire roasted diced green chiles to the mix. I also very lightly brushed uncooked patties with oil so they didn't stick to grill.

This is on our weekly rotation! I use some Tony's for a little extra spice and omit the salt and pepper. Husband loves it just as much as hamburgers!

I gave it three stars because my kids liked them. I do not know what I did but they all just fell apart. I did not alter recipe as others had, maybe I should have. I started on the grill and lost much of it to the bottom. My husband could not finish his burger, my daughter ate it. I had to choke mine down. This is the first recipe I will be deleting in my recipe box.

Once you add bread crumbs and eggs to ANY ground meat it then becomes a MEATLOAF. Why would you add bread crumbs and then put it on bread! yuck!

Never thought a turkey burger would taste so good and actually not fall apart on the grill..... They were delicious!!!! I added a little Worcestershire sauce and oregano for extra flavor. So much flavor, especially adding fresh veggies, you couldn't even tell the difference. LOVED IT!! :)

These were very good but next time I will use plain bread crumbs not the seasoned and just use a few spices to ramp up the flavor. I was surprised at how juicy these were, most turkey burgers get dry when cooked on the grill. The kids couldn't get enough of these and have asked to have them again. Not something I hear enough in our house so these will be on rotation.
