Ingredients

  • 3 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. Place the garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, rosemary, and salt and pepper into a shallow bowl in that order. To serve, spoon small amount onto bread.

This is very good dipping sauce, add more crushed pepper for a kick if you like it hot.
