  1. In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter with EAGLE BRAND(R); remove from heat.
  2. In large bowl, combine peanuts and marshmallows; stir in chocolate mixture. Spread in wax paper lined 13X9-inch baking pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
  3. Remove from pan; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.

  • In 1-quart glass measure, combine chips, butter and EAGLE BRAND(R). Cook on HIGH (100% power) 3 minutes, stirring after 1 1/2 minutes. Stir to melt chips. Let stand 5 minutes. Proceed as above.

Excellent taste. Extremely simple to make. It is quite tasty with nuts. Although I wouldn't mind trying it with cashews next time to see how it goes. Tops.

Very good, but I made extra chocolate sauce to pour over the top. The amount in the recipe is just enough to coat the peanuts and marshmallows, and i wanted more chocolate.
