Maple Banana Fritter with Fruit Cocktail

Liza Latif-Grosskinsky 0

"Light and delicious banana dessert topped with vanilla ice cream and maple syrup sauce. Easy to prepare and quick to cook! Great for your small gatherings. Best eaten right after it is served when the banana is still warm and the ice cream is still a bit frozen."

Sounds interesting, but a better name would be Maple Bananas Foster with Fruit Cocktail. A fritter is covered in batter and fried.
