Easy Cheese and Veggie Sandwich

"This is a classic deli-style veggie sandwich. Add any other veggies you have on hand like bell peppers or cucumber for a real treat. If you don't like alfalfa sprouts, substitute a leaf of iceberg lettuce."

This is a great sandwhich. I make mine on wheat toast with cucumbers, tomoato, sprouts, provolone, and ranch dressing. I don't put mustard on mine but my husband likes his with mustard and hot...

Great sandwich! I left out the sprouts, and mixed a little mayo with my cream cheese. Creamy and wonderful tasting! :)

I make a similar version of this only I grill the bread, leave out the mustard & use cucumbers instead of pickles & drizzle red wine vinigar on the tomato.
