  1. Spread mustard onto one slice of the bread. Place cheese slices over the mustard. Top with tomato, pickles, and alfalfa sprouts. Spread cream cheese onto the remaining slice of bread, and place cream cheese side down on top of the sandwich.

This is a great sandwhich. I make mine on wheat toast with cucumbers, tomoato, sprouts, provolone, and ranch dressing. I don't put mustard on mine but my husband likes his with mustard and hot...

Great sandwich! I left out the sprouts, and mixed a little mayo with my cream cheese. Creamy and wonderful tasting! :)

I make a similar version of this only I grill the bread, leave out the mustard & use cucumbers instead of pickles & drizzle red wine vinigar on the tomato.
