Mom's Warm Milk

"When my boys had a hard time getting to sleep I came up with this warm milk to help calm them. Even now, years after they began drinking it, they still enjoy it during homework, or after coming in from a cold day of play. I, too, have enjoyed it after a long day's work. I hope you enjoy this recipe as well for years to come."

I didn't like the flecks of nutmeg floating around, and the taste was a little overpowering. But I love the idea of adding a little sugar and a little vanilla.

Nutmeg is a wonderful addition to this drink! However, it seemed extremely sweet for me... two tablespoons of sugar for one cup? Wow! I know I'll make it again, but with less sugar. Thanks!
