  1. Line a cup cake or muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. Mix cake mix according to instruction on box. Stir in the orange zest then stir in the white chocolate chips.

These tasted good but all the chocolate chips sunk to the bottom and left a hard curst on the bottom, which made them hard to eat. Next time I may chop the chocoloate chips in the food processo...
