  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the oil, butter, scallions and garlic. Saute for about 1 minute.
  2. Add the white wine and shrimp. Saute until the shrimp turn pick (about 2 or 3 minutes). Remove from heat and add the lemon juice, parsley and toss. Garnish with lemon zest.

A great recipe! I added some mushrooms to this recipe to make it even better and I would also add more scallions to the recipe than calls for!!
