In a small bowl add the onion flakes, Worcestershire sauce and Liquid Smoke. Let it sit for a minute or two. Then add the sour cream, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Serve with celery stalks or pork rinds.
For a party multiply everything by 4 (1 pint sour cream, 2T+2t Worcestershire sauce, etc.) and then finely mince a scallion. Reserve about 1/2 of the green part and mix in the rest. Garnish with the reserve scallion tops.
