  1. Place Brie in 8x8x2-inch (1-1/2 quart) glass baking dish.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees F for 5 minutes or until soft.
  3. To serve, top a Toasteds(R) Buttercrisp Cracker with a small slice of cheese. Add a dab of preserves. Sprinkle with chives.

I'll be the first to rate it, and they came out great. I didn't have the chives, though. Still very good. You may want to do 2 8 0z wedges if it's going to be more than four or five people.
