  1. In small mixing bowl, stir together brown sugar, nuts, and water.
  2. Place Brie on oven-proof platter, or 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake at 500 degrees F for 5 minutes or until cheese is slightly softened.
  4. Spoon nut mixture over top; bake 3 minutes more or until sugar is melted and cheese is heated through but not melted. Serve with assorted Toasteds(R) Crackers.

Brillant!! Delicious!! And it was so simple to do! I made it with the pecans and I subsituted butter for the water. Served it as an appetizer to Thanksgiving dinner and all my friends just loved...

I made this for a Christmas Appetizer and served it with Melba Toast and sliced Granny Smith apples. It was wonderful!

This is a very yummy recipe. I didn't have a wheel of brie, so ended up just using a wedge and it got a little too melted, but my guests loved it just the same.

I make this every year for christmas and there is never a bite left. Everyone loves it!

Wonderful appetizer. I removed the rind since a lot of people don't like the bitter taste and I got rave reviews. Very fancy without much work!
