  1. COOK burger in large nonstick skillet as directed on package.
  2. ADD rice, water, tomato and taco seasoning mix; stir until well blended. Bring to boil. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
  3. SERVE topped with shredded lettuce and other taco toppings, if desired.

Very good and very easy!!

This recipe is very quick and tasty. I used soy chorizo instead of Boca because thats what I had on hand. It turned out quit spicy (the way I like it) with the spiced chorizo and taco seasoning ...
