This was tasty. I took this to work for lunches, keeping the lettuce separate until serving time. The only change I made was to use crab flavored chunks, instead of shrimp. I'll make this again.
I've made this salad several times and will surely continue to make it more frequently. It's not only healthy, it's also very delicious! Definitely one of my favorite salads.
