  1. In large pan, cook beef, onion and green pepper until meat is browned. Drain excess grease. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese. Bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Garnish with Cheddar cheese.

this was so good and easy, but if you want some kick in chili add some rotel

This recipe was used for the free dinner offered to the community and it was a hit. Everyone came back for seconds and thirds.

This is a great basic chili recipe (I made it exactly as shown). Serve it with shredded cheese, sour cream and saltine crackers, and it's a really good meal that appeals to the whole family.

It was good, but the beans were a bit mushy.

Pretty good. I replaced the can of tomatoes with a jar of Trader Joes salsa. It was a tad bit on the spicy side, but consistency was great. Next time, I'll reduce the chili powder if I use salsa.

I made this using Boca's Burger Crumbles and it was delicious!!
