  1. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, butter, and flour. Divide into two equal portions, cover, and refrigerate 2 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  3. Roll out the dough portions on a flat surface. Place a gouda ball in the center of each portion, and wrap. Roll wrapped balls in the cumin. Place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned.

This is a very good recipe. Something to note. If you are in a hurry, you can use Pillsbury's croissant dough. Also, try the hickory smoked Gouda. And I always serve with sliced tart apples!

I made this for a Christmas Day appetizer and it was a hit! I was worried at first that the dough itself was a little bland, but then found it went very well with the saltiness of the gouda che...

Couldn't find any gouda (I live on a remote islad) so used havarti instead which wasn't bad.
