  1. In a medium saucepan, mix together cornstarch and brown sugar. Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, pineapple juice and raisins. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 10 to 15 minutes or until sauce has thickened.

adding soy sauce to a pineapple ham glaze is not a good thing.

This is a great basic glaze recipe! I don't like raisins, so I left them out. And I didn't have pineapple juice so I used orange, and it worked very well.
