This is an amazing marinade. I left it for 24 hours on a tougher piece of meat....and it came out wonderful. Thank you for such a wonderful recipe.

Yummy! And so easy to make. I used a flank steak, scored on both sides, and marinated for about 24 hrs. Great taste and it came out surprisingly tender, for a flank steak. Next time, I will ...

Great marinade. To keep the marinade low carbs, I used 3 packets of Splenda instead of the brown sugar. Also, I served the steak on a bed of the oriental cabbage salad featured in the South Be...

Very delicious marinade. Used it on a ribeye steak marinated for about 8 hours then grilled on the George Foreman grill.

Excellent recipe! I've made it several times now, and as I like to make the marinade into a sauce to serve with the meat, I now reduce the soy sauce to 1/4 cup and add 1/4 cup of red wine vinega...
