Ready Crust® Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1 pkg. (4 serving size)
sugar-free lime-flavor Jell-O®
2 (6 ounce) containers
key lime pie flavor light yogurt
1 (8 ounce) tub
fat-free whipped topping, thawed
This pie doesn't have the exact taste and consistency of a regular key lime pie but it is very light and refreshing. It could even be made into a faux Lemon Meringue with lemon gelatin and yogurt. I will definitely use this recipe again.
This recipe is mediocre at best. Nothing like a real key lime pie. Would not make again.
This is absolutely the BEST recipe for a quick, light key lime pie! Also a really low fat version for those who like the taste of key lime pie, but not the fat!

This was very delicious and refreshing! I added the juice of one lime to the hot water, it gave the pie a nice zip! I also sprinkled lime zest on the top of the pie. My boyfriend who NEVER eats dessert, is very health wise and faithfully works out at the gym daily, had a piece and asked for seconds!!! I'm definately making this again! This pie would be great in any flavor....
I made a few changes by making my own Graham Cracker crust for a 9x13 inch pan, which I found at allrecipes and doubling the Key Lime recipe. I was not able to find light yogurt or sugar free Jello so I used regular. I also sprinkled the top with Lime zest which made it look very nice and gave it great flavour. A quick and easy dessert that will be having the guests asking you for the recipe.
Quick and easy. I did replace some of the water with some Key Lime juice to kick up the lime flavor, about a 1/4c-1/4c split.
Excellent! Great diet dessert.
