  1. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in cider just until moistened.
  2. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead 8-10 times. Roll out to 1/2-in. thickness; cut with a 2-1/2-in. biscuit cutter. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Sprinkle with cinnamon; pierce tops of biscuits with a fork.
  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

These were very good and very fast. We had them for breakfast and the kids loved them. A nice twist to plain biscuits.

Very easy recipe. However, mine turned out pretty dry. In hindsight, I wish I had added some milk. I'll try these again with a little more butter and some milk next time.

We really enjoyed these. They aren't overly sweet, just slightly. The cinnamon is a nice touch. They are tender, flaky, and delicious.

These biscuilts were yummy. We sprinkled a little brown sugar on top with the cinnamon and the kids loved them!
