  1. In a skillet, cook sausage, onion and celery over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; drain. Add tomatoes, water, rice and chili sauce. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove from the heat. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

This is a good recipe. My celery didn't get cooked enough for my liking (I like it soft), and I used seasoned diced tomatoes. Thanks for the quick, yummy recipe.

Husband liked it, but I did not. The rice was really good, but the sausage ruined it in my opinion.

This was a big hit with my hubby. I would definitely make it again! I didn't need to make any changes. I just added a few more spices (paprika, oregano).

This rice was excellent. It was moist and flavorful. Served it with Beef Enchiladas, and corn muffins.

This is a hearty meal, and also good with kielbasa. This doubles REALLY well.
