Chicken in Tarragon-Cheese Sauce

Chicken in Tarragon-Cheese Sauce

"Tarragon evokes the sweetness of Spring with its subtly licorice-scented leaves. Combined with whipped cream cheese and tender bits of chicken breast, this tarragon mixture is perfect served over fresh strands of linguine."

It was such a strange taste. The licorice made the meal taste awful. Its one of those foods that the first couple bites are okay but by the middle-end of the plate... you are sick of that taste!...

very good!

A little less Tarragon would have made it taste better. The licorice flavour doesn't really fit with the cheese and chicken sauce.

Followed the recipe exactly and this was excellent! We will definitely make this again!
