  1. In a bowl, combine pancake mix and sugar.
  2. In a small bowl, beat egg and peanut butter; add milk and water. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
  3. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a lightly greased medium-hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes; cook until second side is golden brown.
  4. Combine butter and honey in a small bowl. Serve with the pancakes.

My Two year old son loved these pancakes. I added mashed bannana and they were great!

I'm not picky, but these were not good and not one of my four kids would eat them.

My son who only eats things with peanut butter on them, usually spreads it on the pancake and then adds syrup. Now he can just add the syrup. It was a hit because he asked for another pancake......

My two girls love these pancakes. We often make a double batch and freeze them for later use. They are really yummy with mini morsels sprinkled on top.
