Print
  1. Cook broccoli in a small amount of water for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Rinse with cold water and drain. Place in a large bowl; add tomatoes, mushrooms and onions.
  2. Combine dressing ingredients in a jar with a tight-filling lid; shake well. Pour over salad; toss gently. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Serve with a slotted spoon.

Yummy! I used cherry tomatoes which added a nice look.

I thought it tasted a bit bland so I added some vinegar and salt to it which definitely helped.

Awesome flavor. Vegetables held up really nicely for leftovers as well.

Just made this tonight. It was a great side dish for grilled steak. I did make some changes though; I used splenda instead of sugar (I can't have sugar), I used cucumber instead of mushrooms b/c...

Delicious salad. Loved the dressing (didn't add the sugar though). I used a small amount of white onion instead of scallion and added chopped green pepper.
