  1. Beat concentrate in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed about 30 seconds. Gradually spoon in ice cream; beat until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping until smooth. Freeze until mixture will mound, if necessary.
  2. Spoon into crust.
  3. Freeze 4 hours or overnight until firm. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes or until pie can be cut easily. Garnish with additional whipped topping, lemon slices and fresh mint leaves, if desired. Store leftover pie in freezer.

We made this recipe last month. It's not very good at all. You can't even taste any lemonade. And the Cool Whip ruins it all. Don't waste your time. =(

This was a wonderful pie, easy to make, great to make way ahead of time.

My family loved this pie. The only draw back to this recipe was having to wait for the pie to freeze.

This was a very simple recipe to make. I substituted Limeade concentrate and 2 tsp of lime zest for a "Key Lime" style pie. It was delicious!

I have been making this pie for several years and it's always a BIG hit. I often add a few drops of yellow food coloring just to give it the nice yellow color.
