  1. Cook and stir onion and green pepper in oil in skillet on medium heat until tender; set aside.
  2. Brush both sides of chicken breasts with barbecue sauce. Broil 6 to 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  3. Top each chicken breast with 2 process cheese slices. Broil until process cheese is melted. Fill rolls with chicken; top with onion and green pepper.

I made this with one small alteration. I used PepperJack Cheese to top. Gave it an extra kick. One of the best chicken sandwhiches I have had in a long time.
