Best frosting I've made/tried. I didn't stick to the exact measurements, I just added roughly those amounts, and poured coffee in until I reached the consistency/flavour I desired.
This is a nice recipe but it just wasn't what I was looking for. There was so little coffee flavor in the recipe and I don't like the texture of it. As powdered sugar recipes go it is very sweet...
I didn't like the consistency, had a grainy-ness to it. While it was too sweet for me, others loved it.
I thought it was awsome perfect amount of coffee as my stomach is sensitive to the stuff and it also went well on top of wacky cake.
