  1. PREHEAT broiler. Line baking sheet with heavy-duty foil.
  2. PLACE hot potatoes and pesto in large bowl; toss to coat. Spread potatoes on prepared baking sheet.
  3. BROIL about 5 inches from heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned.

These potatoes were great! I followed the recipe, except I sprayed the foil with Garlic Pam. I sealed up the foil and cooked on the grill (high heat 15 min per side). There were no leftovers!

A very good side dish. This would go well with almost any meal. I added a sprinkling of salt and pepper. A nice change from the ordinary.
