  1. COMBINE cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chiles, green onions, bell pepper and olives in medium bowl.
  2. SPREAD 1/2 cup cheese mixture over each tortilla; roll up. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap; refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. REMOVE plastic wrap; slice each roll into six 3/4-inch pieces. Serve with salsa for dipping.

Yum! These go fast. You can also cut down on the fat by using reduced fat products!

I left off the bell peppers and for the cheese, I used the new Jalapeno shredded cheese from Kraft. They were excellent!

Took these to a Coffee social and I believe they went quickly. Nice flavor but I could not cut them as pretty as the picture. Overall I think the flavor was more important than appearance.
