  1. Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
  2. Drain beef and place in a slow cooker or crock pot with salsa, condensed cream of mushroom soup and processed cheese food. Cook on high until cheese is melted. Lower heat and simmer until serving.

you will not taste the soup,it lessens the flavor of the rich chese and makes it creamy.

Didn't have salsa so I used cut up pickled peppers. This was fabulous. Good with ritz crackers as well.
