  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Mix cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, red bell pepper, egg, garlic, garlic salt, black pepper, and nutmeg together in a large bowl until mixture holds together. Spread mixture in a thin layer onto the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes. Sprinkle pepperjack cheese over top and continue baking until cheese is bubbling, 2 to 3 minutes more. Cool and cut into 3- to 4-inch squares.

I mixed everything together and used three eggs. The flavor was delicious. I baked it for 20 minutes in my stoneware bar pan.

great flavor and concept, terrible execution! revision- use 3 eggs, mix all cheese in, don't put part on top, bake in 9x13" sprayed baking dish, bake 30 minutes

I used two eggs for a binder and after cooling these are still soft and crumbly so handle with care. This recipe will cover an entire half sheet baking pan. It needed longer than the original 12...

I got this idea from 'Dr. Oz'. I use a big grater for chopping it small. It can be a pizza crust. We love this, I change it with cheeses.
