  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. Place mushrooms, gill-side up, on a work surface; fill each with 1 ounce blue cheese.
  3. Cook mushrooms, blue cheese-side up, on the preheated grill, rotating every 5 minutes, until mushrooms are tender and cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.

I hope it is OK that I used crimini mushrooms, since they are baby portobellas! I fished out blue cheese chunks from my own salad dressing to fill these, and they turned out great! I was looki...

Loved this. I am sure I used a lot more Blue Cheese, but they were great. Baked in oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. They were perfect. Can't wait to have again.
