  1. In a small saucepan, whisk together the champagne, orange juice and mustards. Bring to a boil for approximately 5 minutes, or until the mixture is reduced. Taste and add more mustard to suit your taste. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, toss together the salad greens, mandarin oranges, Brie and macadamias. Drizzle dressing on top and serve.



I fixed this for a dinner party with vegetarians and it was a hit. My husband did not like the dressing, but everyone else seemed to enjoy it.

This was a nice salad. I didn't have champagne so I used extra virgin olive oil, a bit of sugar, 2 tsp of fresh lemon juice along with the other dressing ingredients listed on the recipe. I ...
